Refund policy
At ShishaShop.fr, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European and French consumer regulations, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused and unopened
- Products must remain in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Items must be returned in resale condition
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened:
- Shisha tobacco or flavour products
- Consumables (charcoal, flavour products, disposable items)
- Mouthpieces and hygiene-related accessories
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Opened products are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged product
- a defective item
- an incorrect product
contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photos of the product
- photos of packaging if applicable
After review, we may offer:
- a replacement product
- store credit
- a refund
4. Return Process
To request a return:

Please include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Supporting photos if necessary
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged delivery), return shipping costs will be covered by ShishaShop.fr.
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- You will receive notification regarding approval
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–14 business days depending on your payment provider
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Orders already processed or shipped may no longer be cancelled.
