1. Shipping Regions

ShishaShop.fr currently ships only within Europe.

We do not currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • Non-European countries
  • Regions where shipping restrictions apply

We reserve the right to modify shipping destinations at any time.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

Orders over €100

  • FREE shipping

Orders below €100

  • Flat shipping rate: €10

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

1–2 business days

Orders placed:

  • on weekends
  • public holidays
  • outside business hours

will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within Europe:

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • tracking details

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments within the European region:

  • No duties/ Taxes on orders within the European Union
  • For outside the European Union:
    • applicable taxes are handled according to local regulations;
    • additional fees may apply in certain destinations where required by local authorities.

Customers are responsible for any charges imposed by local authorities outside the European Union.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • delays may occur;
  • additional shipping charges may apply;
  • orders returned to us may require repayment of shipping fees before reshipment.

ShishaShop.fr is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by customers.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to:

9. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • take photos of the packaging and products;
  • contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order;
  • include your order number and supporting images.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
